Weather-resistant STP adhesive sealant with a wide adhesion range

Sikaflex®-521 UV is a weathering-resistant 1-component Silane Terminated Polymer (STP) adhesive/sealant that bonds well to numerous bonding surfaces such as metals, ABS, PC, FRP and wood with usually no need for special treatment. This multipurpose product is excellent for internal and external sealing applications.

SikaLastomer®-714 is a pasty, thixotropic, butyl-based, solvent-containing sealant. The evaporation of the solvents causes it to cure. The product is meant for elastic sealing in numerous industrial applications. This sealant is particularly useful on assemblies which will later be taken apart.

This primer provides excellent adhesion without previous activation step on many substrates. Sika® Primer-207 fluoresces under long-wave UV light for a limited period of time. Sika® Cleaning Wipes-120 consists of hand- and tool-cleaning wipes that come with a high-quality hand cleaner formula. The fast-acting wipes also loosen and dissolve surface and embedded grease, grime and soil. These contaminants are then absorbed into the cleaning towel.

Sika® CleanGlass is a water- and alcohol-based, light blue transparent cleaning agent for glass, plastics and non-porous substrates. Sika® Remover-208 is a solvent-based colorless clear cleaning agent that is perfect for painted substrates. It is also used to remove traces of Sikaflex® products.

SikaLastomer-511 is a high solids, non-hardening, non-drying, non-oxidizing, butyl rubber-based sealant designed for factory sealing the female lip of standing-seam roof and wall panels and concealed endlaps. It provides superior adhesion to oily Galvalume, Galvalume Plus, KYNAR 500, aluminized metal, ZINCALUME, siliconized polyester and polyvinyl fluoride painted metals. What’s more, it will not corrode Galvalume, Galvalume Plus, or copper. It offers excellent application properties and is formulated without asbestos fillers.

Sika Primer-215 is a transparent, pale yellow, low-viscosity primer for various plastics, timber and other porous materials; it cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture. Thermosetting sealant for powder coating

SikaPower®-320 is a one-component, cold-applied, heat-curing sealant based on epoxy resin and polyurethane. It is formulated to be sealed immediately prior to powder coating or oven enamel and cures with the paint in the oven.
